Allows authenticating with environment variables,
shared credentials file, AWS config file, and IAM roles.

Adds support for all the different authentication types
the AWS boto library supports, including environment variables,
shared credentials files, and IAM roles.

Also document config options.

I'm running this tap on AWS infrastructure so don't want it to assume a role for me, instead I want it to pick up credentials from the local env. See https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/guide/configuration.html
