Description of change
After reviewing the log-based code, I noticed that the
finished_shard_bookmarksappend should be inside the if block. This change is necessary because we only want to add it to the list if the shard is not already present in the list and has been processed. I also made the same change to theseq_number_bookmarks.Manual QA steps
