Adds Casks/graphthulhu.rb with SHA-256 checksums for darwin_amd64, darwin_arm64, linux_amd64, linux_arm64. Enables installation via a future homebrew-tap. See unbound-force/homebrew-tap for context - we temporarily host a graphthulhu cask there so that our unbound cask can depend on it. Happy to update depends_on to point to an upstream tap once one exists.
