@WilliamBergamin I was hopeful of this... This page seemed hopeful but it gets as far as a reusable workflow, which I think still requires a workflow file as part of the template:

Since this is found alongside other workflows and we omit this when creating with CLI, I'm hoping this is seen as recommended but optional for the curious, but I'm also open to other thoughts as always 🙏
