- Moved iOS and Android to their own "Mobile" section
- Added a "General Mobile Development" subsection that contains considerations applicable to both platforms
- Added detailed getting started documentation to the existing Android section

Thanks a lot for incorporating the feedback - much appreciated. I think there's only the * left for the version field, otherwise this looks good to me and is a major improvement.
