We can get it from the command line. Not as nice as the GH API, but it will do. We can trust this data in production because it's coming from our reusable workflow which is used to sign the provenance. Signed-off-by: Tom Hennen <tomhennen@google.com>

Also removed 'ActivityType' since it's always going to be the same thing for tags.
