This commit modifies the signing and verification code to use the carabiner signer library whic is leaner and avoids pulling in the whole bnd CLI as a dependency. Signed-off-by: Adolfo García Veytia (Puerco) <[email protected]>

This PR modifies the signing and verification code to use the carabiner signer library which is leaner and avoids us pulling in the whole
bndCLI as a dependency.This PR supersedes #285 and fixes the sigstore-go breaking change
