Changes

  • adds automated helm doc generation
  • updates docs to reflect repo transfer for instructions, fix more comments to autogenerate docs
  • adds jessebot as a maintainer
  • transfer deployment section to root level of the doc
  • automatically template env vars for peertube under all new peertube, externalDatabase, and externalValkey values.yaml sections
  • use your own existing secrets for all sensitive data
  • gets rid of Job we're not using
  • sets us an initial admin user
  • adds smtp parameters
