Add getTransferStatus method

Retrieves the execution status of a message through the API. Stacked on #97 as it depends on it.

There's no dedicated endpoint in the API for this; the data is retrieved through a request to messages/<messageId>, so this method is simply a convenience wrapper over getMessageById.

Note on status compatibility: the enums on the API and SDK sides are compatible (same casing, etc) but the API already supports the two new 1.7 statuses (VERIFYING and VERIFIED). Once the SDK implements full 1.7 support, all that will be needed here is to add the two missing entries to the enum.
