Metadata Editor App 2.0

This is an improved version of the last update I did. A lot of things have changed like

• New Toolkit used
• Re-placement of UI elements
• Style
• Proper Dialogs

• Slow scrolling
• Bad metadata field name parsing
• Fixed bug where the user couldn't make changes in the same file twice without the application returning error dialogs.
