Creating a worktree for a large-ish repository can take several seconds. While that was happening, the UI was frozen and didn't respond to input. This change adds the working indicator while a worktree is being created. The UI remains responsive and the user can interact with other worktrees.

I'm working on a change to speed things up for worktree creation which should hopefully make this less painful 😄
