Add a "sibling" worktree_root config option that places worktrees directly in the repo's parent directory as <repoName>-<sessionName>_<timestamp> instead of nesting them under a container directory. Rewrite sibling cleanup to use `git worktree list --porcelain` instead of scanning directory entries, since the parent dir is now the user's project directory.
