Yes, it's still relevant. It just isn't a priority for the 0.2 release but should go into the 0.3 release. Might need some rebasing. I could close the PR but don't want to forget about the branch. |

Basic OrderBook implementation. Just for Luno so far.
Appears to be working but crashes after a while so will need some debugging.
