WIP - feat: POC support from JVM release file parsing

POC PR to support additional JVM vuln scanning by parsing the release file.

Overview of Changes:

1. Add JavaRuntimeMetadata Structure type definitions

• Version
• Modules
• Implementor - (ie source)

2. Extraction Layer - create new extract action that is looking for the release file
3. Analysis Layer - Still need to implement the release file parser (just pseudocode for now in the PR)
4. Response Building - add the fact creation to the first scanResult (handled not as a separate application scan, but part of the OS package scan alongside keyBinariesHashes
