Description
VSCode will only replace variables in launch and task configurations, but not generic extension settings. This branch adds support for
${workspaceFolder}to be specified in thetrustedFoldersandfolderConfigs, which allows the*.workspacefile to be committed to a repository and shared without assuming a consistent checkout path between machines.
