This PR expands the abbreviated
buggy_commit_idvalues in the pandas dataset to full 40-character commit SHAs.This change does not affect behavior.
However, for maintainability, it is preferable to standardize the format with the rest of the dataset and avoid ambiguity from shortened hashes.
