Summary

add an ES7210 audio ADC driver with gain, mute, and clock configuration support
describe the Everest ES7210 device tree binding and enable the codec on the M5Stack CoreS3
hook the new driver into the audio build system and board pinmux

Testing

cmake -B build -S samples/hello_world -DBOARD=m5stack_cores3/esp32s3/procpu -DCONFIG_AUDIO_CODEC_ES7210=y (fails: Zephyr SDK not installed in container)
