I added a test to verify the new functionality.
I verified this PR does not break [soda-extensions][1].

Trino CI is not yet enabled, so the tests will not run in CI
All connection tests have passed locally, including manual JWT test
soda-trinois NOT ready for release. I removed it fromscripts/release_matrix.sh, I assume that's sufficient to prevent release
