Updated values per today's GEOPHIRES sync

  1. Water loss fraction 2% -> 5%
  2. Plant lifetime 15 years -> 20 years
  3. Exploration capital cost $0M -> $30M
  4. Well drilling/completion cost $4M -> $3.84M
  5. Stimulation cost $78M -> $234M
  6. ITC 0% -> 30%
  7. Surface plant cost adjustment factor 0.78 -> 0.71 to approximate $1900/kW peak production
  8. Lateral length 4700 -> 7500 feet (has no effect on output, accounted for in well capex)
