Description

  1. Define tooltip text for Injection well casing ID and Production well casing ID
  2. Increase max allowed surface plant cost to $10B
  3. Inflation costs during construction for all econ models #96: Addresses TODO introduced in 1e6f1b4 (SAM-EM Add-Ons support [v3.9.47] #91) by displaying Inflation costs during construction immediately after Accrued financing during construction in ECONOMIC PARAMETERS for non-SAM-EM econ models

Testing & Verification

  1. Well diameter tooltips: image
  2. Surface plant capital cost:
    1. image
    2. image
  3. Regenerated affected example tests and verified only change is addition of Inflation costs during construction field
