Personal long term memory agent

Functional Requirements

1. MemAI should provide a chatbot type interface for user to be able to provide input.
2. MemAI based on the user input will either retrieve or store relevant information in a persistent storage.

To do:

1. Add correct prompts and comments to understand the function ( agent should make tool call only when needed)
2. Design on how to not store information everytime
3. Cleanup everything not needed
4. UI with notes interface and generalised chatbot
5. Add GSearch tool
6. If notes are created with links, agent should be able to fetch
