The first compiled ready to run beta release for Windows users.
Howto:

• if you don't already have Qt and VS2022 redistributables on your PC, or you have one which is older
  download the latest ZIP file for the redistributables and unpack them in a folder
• download the ZIP for the executable and unpack it into the same folder
  You only need to download a new executable until the redistributableás version changes
