Only a small part was translated
When new words are added, they will be displayed in English even if Japanese support is delayed.

Created to solve issue #683.
The Japanese option will be added to GENERAL → Language in the settings (bottom of the image).
Once set, most of the UI will be in Japanese.
Some parts are unnatural when directly translated into Japanese, so only those parts are displayed in English. ("On:", "Blame", etc.)
