@eseliger @bobheadxi I had to do a manual entry for the changelog entry here, because the changelog tool still has a bug related to the release registry sha values being put in. Please give this a look and feel free to merge if its good enough |

this seems fine to me, I think we can soon think about sunsetting this process in favor of the new changelog service that dynamically gets this data from GitHub as well :) |
