Updated tests (where needed) and confirmed that they are all passing. Also did some 1-off executions to generate semantic db files from kotlin source.

Hey @slycodemonkey,
We're looking into using scip-kotlin on our codebase with Kotlin 2.0, and exploring the options to get scip to support Kotlin 2.x.
I saw this closed PR and I'm wondering if you are still working on this, or if you have already abandoned this project.

So I've merged a solution that builds and creates a semantic DB. Given all of the changes in k2, the contents of the DB don't match what would have been produced by k1 but I tried to mirror it as best I could. I'm not a k2 compiler expert and I'm not actively working on it but I would love to hear feedback to see if this solution is working well for you. If you do spot any bugs, feel free to create an issue and I'll see if I can address them.

The changes are currently in https://github.com/slycodemonkey/scip-kotlin
