Differentiate Hover Effect for Brand Logo in Navigation Bar

• Swizzle Navbar/Content so it’s editable: npx docusaurus swizzle @docusaurus/theme-classic Navbar/Content --typescript --eject.
• Wrap in
  and import styles from ./styles.module.css.
• Add CSS in styles.module.css for background, 1px border, and hover shadow/scale effect.
