Add Structured Project Section with Implementations

Description

This PR adds a Project Section structured into three levels — Simple, Advanced, and a final MEGA Project.

• With Code: Full implementations for projects in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Without Code: Conceptual project ideas in Blockchain and AI/ML, ending with a MEGA Project that demonstrates complete end-to-end implementation concepts.

The structured flow from Simple → Advanced → MEGA helps learners gradually build skills while the final MEGA Project provides a holistic understanding of all implementations.
