Sozi release 21.09

This release fixes the following issues:

• The editor failed to open SVG files exported from LibreOffice Draw (#547)
• Only the English version of the user interface of the editor was available (#556)

This release is distributed only for 64-bit platforms. If you think you need a 32-bit version, please join the discussion #521 on this topic.
