I'm Diogo, a software engineer and tech lead based in Brazil.

My main project is EyesOnAsset.ai, an aircraft management platform. I was one of the first developers on the team, so I had a hand in most of the early architecture decisions. Day to day I work with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Python (for about 3 years), AWS and Kubernetes as well. Being there from the early stages through to a multi-million dollar platform shaped how I approach technical problems.

I have a few AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, AI Practitioner) and I'm working on a Master's in Information Technology. I also did a postgrad in Software Architecture, which changed how I think about the systems I build.

Outside of work, I organize a local developer community where we get together to share knowledge and help each other grow. I also contribute to the Node.js Brazilian Portuguese translation.

I have 2 cats, and I think the best software comes from people who cares about what they're building.
