refactor: bump electron, add temperature button, init typescript

• refactor from javascript to typescript
  • add required scripts
  • updated readme
• split single main.js
• add temperature sensor button as requested in Temperature #2
  • add the required dependency osx-temperature-sensor as described in the systeminformation documentation
  • tested but not working on my M1 MacBook, hope that it will work on Intel chips
