OpenCLI is working to standardize the availability of the CLI specification.
It's not very popular yet, but right now it has beneficial fields to make CLI docs more accessible. For example, people using cobra would generate the OpenCLI Spec and pass through their favourite docs framework or other pipeline.
OpenCLI format has most everything inside one object to describe the CLI. That makes it more portable.
This PR creates an experimental method to return an OpenCLI object.
