fixing issue with lucky shard update incompatibilities with teeplate

a new lucky project is running into this when doing a shards update. I think the following will fix but it is a little difficult to test.

The issue is with teeplate

I made a pull request for you
mosop/teeplate#21

It doesn't report to support crystal 1.0.0 so will require --ignore-crystal-version when updating shards
and it is requesting a version of future that doesn't report to support crystal 1.0.0

weirdly I can't see a release for v0.8.3 of teeplate either and there seem to be a few newer versions v0.10.0 for instance.
is there a fork of teeplate being used?
