Fixes an issue where if a runtime test failed, but all conformance tests succeeded, the overall suite would be treated as a success.
This temporarily uses a fork of conformance-tests so is not ready for merge yet. I'll update if fermyon/conformance-tests#39 (or a similar alternative) merges. In the meantime, it should be fine to review in conjunction with fermyon/conformance-tests#39.
