A basic tutorial that walks users through how to scaffold and run a selective deployment using the salutations sample app from @kate-goldenring .
Few outstanding todos
spin kube scaffold --componentis correct. It currently doesn't match what we've been using manually (@bacongobbler ). I could be making a mistake somewhere along the wayResolves #258
