• Fix/Change on final demand unmet tracking:
• final_demand_unmet now tracks the amount of final demand not fulfilled in a region per type of input (previously the amount of final demand not distributed by [the industries of] a region.
• Former behaviour retained in new attribute final_demand_undist.
• Fix on value added tracking: Now sums intermediary input matrix over the correct axis
• Adds EVENT_ARBITRARY_PRECISION constant to replace hardcoded 6 value when rounding the factors
• Improves error logs when losses are too high to be more informative
