- Add @McpResourceListChanged annotation for handling resource list change notifications
- Implement AbstractMcpResourceListChangedMethodCallback base class
- Add SyncMcpResourceListChangedMethodCallback and AsyncMcpResourceListChangedMethodCallback implementations
- Create SyncMcpResourceListChangedProvider and AsyncMcpResourceListChangedProvider
- Add Spring integration support with specification classes
- Add tests for all method callbacks and providers
- Update README with comprehensive examples and documentation
