- Replace AsyncMcpAnnotationProvider and SyncMcpAnnotationProvider with AsyncMcpAnnotationProviders and SyncMcpAnnotationProviders
- Simplify API method names by removing create prefix and Specifications suffix
- Update README documentation and configuration examples to use new provider classes
- Update test class names to reflect new structure
