- Add check-coverage.ts script to compare coverage against baseline (coverage-baseline.json)
- Add GitHub Actions "coverage" to enforce coverage on PRs
- Create initial baseline: 96.03% lines, 98.27% functions
- Add documentation in COVERAGE.md (will be removed if required)
- used existing hardhat capabilities, after they are already enhanced to view forked tests coverage
