This is the main repository with resources for the Bio-Structure Hub project. The goal of this project is to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for accessing and analyzing biological structure data. The Bio-Structure Hub is enabled by the Klaus-Tschira Stiftung.

The repository contains a folder with full Conda environment specifications that you can use to transfer on your HPC system (or any machine where you need the complete stack).
