the cache is not as efficient as it could be.
primary motivation is getting something which is compatible with PHPStan 2.x as our previous implementation relied on
Type::__set_statewhich is no longer availabale in PHPStan 2.xI am not happy with this solution, but at least it unblocks PHPStan 2.x compat for now.
opened #718 to rework this again if time allows
