Submit Pinocchio 3.9.0 to ROS buildfarm?

@nim65s may I bother you again to put up Pinocchio 3.9.0 to rosdistro so it makes it into the ROS buildfarm?

I'm looking forward to these updates to go through to fix the "official" ViserVisualizer so I can remove my copy of it in RoboPlan.

As always, I'm willing to help with these tasks if you guys need. Just let me know -- thank you!

(btw I got tired of bloom downloading again and again the same hundreds of MB, so I wrote a bad workaround for that: https://github.com/nim65s/git-objects-cache/)

We are still working on the creation a software consortium, that would allow us to be able to properly (at least on the paperwork aspects) delegate write access to different distribution channels and so on. When this will be ready, you will be one of the firsts to be invited :)

Sorry for the noise, but are there plans to release Pinocchio 3.9.0 to PyPi as well?

We also have non-ROS, non-conda workflows that rely on this. We could use the robotpkg option too, but that supports less CPU architectures than PyPi.
