fix: Remove excessive CLI arguments

Description

Fixup of #759

Currently opa-bundle-builder and user-info-fetcher take an ProductOperatorRun, resulting in them requiring too much CLI arguments. This causes them to fail with

This PR removes the excessive arguments by using stackabletech/operator-rs#1083
