Fixed a lot of line ending issues in the codebase. These are related to CRLF (Windows-style) vs LF (Unix-style) line endings.

Fixed a lot of line ending issues in the codebase. These are related to CRLF (Windows-style) vs LF (Unix-style) line endings.
Plus a few others this will get rid of the warning with them.
