The bandwidthTest utility was removed from CUDA Samples v12.9 [1]. Remove it from the samples playbook for now: it can be replaced by nvbandwidth [2] later. [1] https://github.com/NVIDIA/cuda-samples/releases/tag/v12.9 [2] https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvbandwidth

The cudatests playbook seem a bit pointless right now then, as they don't actually do any tests? TBH it would be nice to run those via slurm anyway, so they were safe to do on a production cloud. |

This bump is due to #685, where the nvidia repos have changed.
