This fixes issues with creation and failover of TLS-terminated Octavia load balancers following our bump of pyOpenSSL [1] because of the removal of load_pkcs12 [2]. [1] stackhpc/requirements#20 [2] https://bugs.launchpad.net/octavia/+bug/2042787

How well tested are these new containers? |
Untested yet, but I am planning to deploy them for a customer who is experiencing the issue. |
I'm hesitant to bring in new containers before they've been tested anywhere. Could you try them at the client before we merge? |
