Code Review
This pull request updates the Ansible collection FQCN for azimuth_ops from stackhpc.azimuth_ops to azimuth_cloud.azimuth_ops in the documentation. The change is correct and aligns with the collection's namespace migration.
While the change itself is accurate, I noticed that the file doc/source/configuration/magnum-capi.rst contains numerous other references to the old stackhpc GitHub organization in URLs, which now redirect to the azimuth-cloud organization. To ensure consistency and avoid reliance on redirects, it would be beneficial to update all such occurrences within this file as part of this PR. For instance, there are links to azimuth-config, azimuth-ops, azimuth-images, etc., that could be updated.
