There's an issue between VS Code and Python-based MCPs built with the FastMCP SDK using Streamable HTTP.
VS Code doesn't handle the 307 redirect from
/mcpto/mcp/like other clients do.Unfortunately we can't just update ToolHive to add the trailing slash because that breaks other non-FastMCP servers.
