Updating validation script

• fixed issue with retrieving awk element for total blocks
  • https://github.com/stacks-network/stacks-core/blob/develop/contrib/tools/block-validation.sh#L206 should use element 4, not 5 (which is empty)
• moved initial setup to create logs/tmux session separately
  • helps when a re-run or nakamoto only run is required
