Fix key event issues

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where key events were not being handled correctly.
  • Shift + M was processed twice, and the track mute did not function.
  • F11 was processed twice, and the full-screen did not function.
• Fixed an issue where text boxes in the Note Properties panel could not be confirmed by pressing Enter.
