This pull requests adds "Variation" parameters to the Vibrato feature. It adds variations, or irregularities, in the shape of the vibrato curve for added realism to the vibrato. In addition to "Variation" parameters, it also includes a note batch edit which uses the same method to add variation to the pitch deviation flag.
The USTX format version was bumped to 0.9.1 due to adding new fields in the USTX format which would not be accessible with older versions of OpenUtau.
